Über Nadland
Seit über 15 Jahren sind wir als Immobilienentwickler in Wien tätig. Zu unseren Kerntätigkeiten gehört der Kauf und die Sanierung von Bestandszinshäusern, der Ausbau von Rohdachböden sowie Neubauentwicklungen. Auch das Immobilien-Portfoliomanagement von HNWI – Kauf und Verkauf von Renditeobjekten (vorwiegend Wohnen aber auch Gewerbeanteil) und das Management von eigenen Bestandswohnungen, welche als Ferienapartments vermietet werden, gehören zu unseren Tätigkeitsfeldern. Von 2007 bis 2010 waren wir an der Entwicklung von 7 Projekten in Ungarn mit einem Gesamtvolumen von € 90 Mio. beteiligt.

Vor Nadland
Yakov Uston bringt mehr als 20 Jahren Erfahrung in der Immobilienbranche und einen umfassenden Trackrecord an erfolgreich durchgeführten Immobilienprojekten mit ein. Vor der Gründung der Nadland Immoinvest führte Herr Uston die Geschicke der Firma SL Immo. Im Zuge der Tätigkeiten der SL Immo führte Herr Uston die Sanierung und Verwertung von mehreren hundert Wohnungen durch.
Robert Haimov bringt jahrzentelange Erfahrung in der Immobilienbranche in Wien mit und hat im Zuge seiner Immobilienlaufbahn bereits Projekte im Wert von mehr als 250 Mio. realisiert.
Juni 2006
Die Nadland Immoinvest GmbH wurde im Juni 2006 von Yakov Uston und Robert Haimov gegründet. Seit der Gründung beschäftigt sich die Nadland Immoinvest GmbH mit der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Immobilienprojekten in Wien. Der Fokus liegt dabei in der Schaffung von qualitativ hochertigem Wohnraum in urbanen Lagen.

In den Jahren zwischen 2007 und 2010 war Nadland Immoinvest an der Entwicklung von sieben Projekten mit einem Gesamtvolumen von neunzig Millionen Euro in Ungarn beteiligt.
